From Duks Till Dawn

Entry for A Miserable Dungeon Jam.

This jam has probably had the strangest circumstances out of any I have done thus far. The topic just so happened to be ducks, and I had just gotten three ducks of my own. If it's not fate, it sure is a fun coincidence.

It's been a while again since I have made anything for Mörk Borg, not necessarily due to a lack of ideas but a shortage of time. I must admit that I went with quantity over quality on this one. My ducks gave me plenty of ideas but none of them spoke to me enough to completely dedicate myself to it. Instead, I ended up doing a bunch of smaller rooms. Hopefully, one of them sticks out or at least the whole is greater than the sum of its part.

Hectic ending as well. On the last day of the jam, I turned on my PC in the morning only to find out that it was done for. After hours of troubleshooting, I gave up, took out the SSD and was able to get the necessary files for it and complete it on my tablet. Photoshop and InDesign were a bit sluggish but it pulled through. It's also why a lot of the art is primitive, even by amateur standards.
