The Boreal Refuge

After not posting anything for months, yesterday I stumbled upon this jam and immediately felt inspired.

Real life and holidays aside, part of the reason I haven't made anything lately is because I've actually spent more time running and playing games rather than making more content for them. Most recently, I ran Sepulcher of the Swamp Witch from Heretic, which was a lot of fun. I also finally got to run Tower of Scoundrels after having it for almost a year; it ended up being two sessions instead of one, but the ending was absolutely worth it.

This was a fun weekend project and I am glad to just have made something again. The one page and one hour play duration made for an interesting challenge. The art definitely isn't great but I had a hard time trying to draw rooms with the space requirements. Hopefully, the general idea makes up for it.

And now I'm off to run Death Temple Sztun for the first time...
